The Apicio by Eataly restaurant, with its Art Deco-inspired ambiance, provided a chic retreat where I indulged in authentic Roman cuisine. The custom-curated lunch and dinner menu showcased classic Roman and Italian favorites like cacio e pepe and carbonara pasta, expertly prepared by talented chefs. I particularly enjoyed the inventive vegetarian options, such as the legume paccheri pasta with romaneschi broccoli and hazelnuts-a true culinary masterpiece. The attention to detail was evident as each dish was served in a fun and creative way, showcasing the seasonal ingredients sourced from local wineries in the Lazio region. The professional in-house Event Team seamlessly coordinated my dining experience, providing delicious menu options tailored to my preferences. The adjacent Ristorante Cotto and Ristorante Terme di Diocleziano further expanded my gastronomic horizons, offering a diverse selection of meat, seafood, and international dishes. The culinary experience at Starhotels surpassed my expectations, making it a must-visit for food enthusiasts seeking an unforgettable gourmet getaway in the heart of Rome.
