The restaurant Apicio by Eataly offers a perfect blend of traditional and contemporary cuisine, showcasing the finest quality ingredients. the Roman and Italian favorites on the custom-curated menu, such as cacio e pepe and carbonara pasta, were a true delight. The hotel's location near Termini Station made exploring the city convenient, with easy access to transportation hubs. the newly renovated rooms and suites, with their classic and contemporary style, provided a peaceful oasis away from the city's hustle and bustle. the attention to detail in the room service and housekeeping was commendable, ensuring a comfortable stay. the staff's warm welcome made us feel right at home, adding a personal touch to our experience. the proximity to the nearby restaurants and attractions, along with the tours and ticket assistance available, enhanced our overall stay. the beautiful Art Deco-inspired restaurant and Bistrot Rendez-Vous By Eataly Bar provided lovely settings for meals and drinks, where we enjoyed the best of Roman culinary traditions.
